






Introduction
Founded in 2020, Baynoire is a clothing brand specializing in streetwear and urban style. While the brand had a solid identity with a recognizable logo and typeface, it lacked the richness and sophistication needed to captivate its audience. The goal was to uplift Baynoire’s identity, making it more compelling, tasteful, and aligned with its vision, while addressing key gaps in branding, segmentation, and audience engagement.
Strategy
The rebranding began with addressing the identity’s plainness by introducing a mascot that encapsulates Baynoire’s personality. After extensive exploration, the dinosaur was chosen as the perfect representation—mysterious, powerful, simple, and intriguing, just like Baynoire. The Dino was given headphones to highlight the brand’s deep connection to the music industry, reflecting its mission to support and celebrate music culture. Additionally, a comprehensive segmentation strategy was introduced, creating five distinct clothing lines to appeal to different audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand vision.
Design
The revamped identity incorporated five innovative clothing lines: Pantone Line, bursting with vibrant, unique color combinations; Varsity Line, rebellious and edgy, embodying bold cuts and designs; Caprice Line, luxurious and classy with knits and sophisticated pieces; Baynoire Essentials, providing wardrobe staples; and Experimental Lab, showcasing Baynoire’s unique prints and embroidery language. These lines were visually tied together through sleek photography, cohesive branding, and a laid-back yet polished aesthetic that reflects the brand’s urban roots.
Results
The new identity elevated Baynoire’s positioning as a sophisticated, laid-back streetwear brand that effortlessly blends style with authenticity. The Dino mascot became a recognizable symbol of Baynoire’s essence and values, resonating strongly with the audience. The five clothing lines enabled the brand to cater to diverse segments while maintaining unity, making Baynoire more accessible and versatile. This holistic transformation enhanced customer engagement and solidified Baynoire as a leader in the urban fashion space.
